Refund Policy

Refund Policy On Rigs + Gear:

For safety reasons we will not accept rig or gear returns. No exceptions.

Refund Policy On In-Person Trainings and Retreats:

All requests to withdraw from the course must be received in writing. Those withdrawing 4 weeks prior to the start are eligible for a refund, minus a non-refundable $500 deposit. After 4 weeks prior there are no refunds, but you may transfer your paid spot to another person, sending a friend or family member to the training in your place, for a $250 administration fee + non-refundable deposit. (to be paid by the original attendee). There will be no refunds after a week before course instruction begins.

Travel, accommodations, & meals are organized by each participant. We highly recommend travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances and cancellations.

Refund Policy On Digital Trainings:

Due to the nature of digital access- all sales for trainings are FINAL.
If you are truly unhappy with your purchase of a digital training please reach out within 14 days of purchase to discuss a possible transfer or partial refund. Any emails after 14 days will not be considered!

Due to the nature of digital access- all sales for trainings are FINAL.
If you are truly unhappy with your purchase of a The Year Membership please reach out within 14 days for a full refund. Any emails after 14 days will not be considered! If you are unsure if The Membership is right for you, please consider trying us out with a month long pass first!
