For safety reasons we will not accept rig or gear returns. No exceptions. 

Shipping Policy International:

For safety reasons we will not accept rig or gear returns. No exceptions.  For all International Purchases shipping upon checkout will be an estimate only  and are TBD. We will reach out if we need to update your shipping for any reason. If, for any reason the shipping is more than you anticipated, you will have the option of cancelling your order. You are responsible for any additional taxes or tariffs.

Can I cancel my order? :

If you need to cancel your order please reach out as soon as possible and we will try to accomodate the best we can. 

When will my order arrive? :

We try to ship within 2-4 days on all orders when possible. Due to unforseen circumstances, COVID delays and shipping container issues the wait may be longer than usual. We will try to keep you updated as much as possible. Please Note: We may ship parts of your order in different shipments, so if for example your gear arrives before your hammock, dont panic, the hammock will be following shortly after. 

Will I get a tracking number :

Yes, we will add your tracking number(s) to your order and you will get an automatic update.

Is a signature required upon delivery?

Yes, if you choose that option upon checkout.

Will I have to pay additional taxes and duties?

If you are shipping international you may need to pay extra taxes and duties.
