Our curriculum is a comprehensive collection of every teacher training suggested for teachers and students alike by our founder, Carmen Curtis. You can start anywhere you are along your journey. Every part of our training is recognized by the Yoga Alliance.

If you want to teach we suggest that you take AIReal 200 which includes our AIReal 50. Or if you already have taken your 200 Hour Yoga Certification then you can take AIReal 50.

If you are wanting to teach a specific style of aerial yoga like Restorative, you can take one of our modules. And if you are wanting to become a Lead Teacher and teach/certify others to teach AIReal Yoga get in touch so we can share with you how to become an AIReal Yoga Lead Teacher!

We also have The Membership for anyone and everyone who wants to practice aerial yoga!

AIReal 50: Aerial Yoga teacher training

Learn the fundamentals of aerial yoga and the basic principles behind working in the hammock. For yoga teachers and curious students, this 50 hour module will teach you the methodology behind the practice and give you the confidence to teach Aerial Yoga. Counts as 50 hours of continued education with the Yoga Alliance. Offered online and in person.

AIReal 200: A 200 hour Yoga and Aerial Yoga teacher training certification

The gentler side of Aireal Yoga. This module is a comprehensive deep dive into all things restorative and rejuvenative in the hammock. Learn how to use the hammock as a prop for restorative yoga poses, working at different hammock heights, using longer holds and providing a more passive method of instruction and practice. AIReal Assist: Spotting, advanced assisting and confident touch

A 15 hour immersion to enhance your practice and help build confidence when offering assists. Learn safe spotting techniques, basic and advanced assisting and hands on adjustments. This immersion will deepen your knowledge of partner assisted postural release in the hammock and introduce you to the concept of therapeutic touch and release orientated movement, helping to further expand the AIReal Yoga experience for you and your students.

We created this module after hundreds of requests by our teachers who wanted to learn how to safely teach aerial dance in the hammock from a low height. This is perfect for anyone who wants to learn the art of aerial dance in the hammock or teach aerial dance.
