AYTT 200 hour:

For students without any prior yoga teacher training, AIReal Yoga offer a  200 hour Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher Training that certifies you as an RYT 200 with the Yoga Alliance.  Our curriculum provides the foundational knowledge to begin your teaching journey or simply deepen your knowledge of the practice and determine how you want to journey onward from there.

Our 200 hour AIReal Yoga Teacher Training provides you 2 Trainings in 1 — as a graduate, you receive your Certification to teach both Hatha Yoga and Aerial Yoga.

*Qualifies to register with Yoga Alliance as a 200 RYT

Teacher Path

AYTT 50 hour:

For Certified Yoga Teachers of any discipline (Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, etc.), you may elect to compliment your current training with a specialization in teaching AIReal Yoga.

AIReal Yoga offers 50HR Teacher Training.  This training creates an opportunity to explore the asanas while using an aerial hammock as a yoga prop. AIReal Yoga is safe for all levels of yoga and helps make yoga accessible to Every-Body.

AIReal Yoga’s 50 hour teacher training is accredited through Yoga Alliance continuing education (YACEP). This training is more then just a couple of tricks. The training is crafted so you leave with the education, skills, and confidence to be an aerial yoga instructor.
